We're so grateful to have had Katherine on our side throughout the entire home buying process and are excited to recommend her to anyone who's considering buying a house. Some aspects of working with her that stood out to us were: 1. Caring about us (vs. caring about closing) As highly impressionable first-time homebuyers, we didn't know what we were looking for so a lot of houses seemed nice enough for us to put in an offer, even at times when we felt like we were "settling" (even though we had no reason to). We would've been pushy agents' dream clients; however, Katherine was the opposite of one. She always gave us her honest opinion of what she thought of the house (the good and the bad), and we ended up buying a house that we're truly proud to call ours. 2. Expertise We were truly impressed w/ her expertise throughout the process. We walked out of every show having learned something new from her whether that be Eichler quirks, foundation pros, and cons, HOA dynamics hidden in meeting minutes, or offer/negotiation strategies. She also has an eye for what the home and its value could be with renovations not just for what it is right now if you're willing to do a little work on the home (down to the details of if you do X, you might be able to increase its value by ~$Y when you sell). Even during the closing phase, she gave us tips on how to evaluate loan officers (even when the rates were the same) and did a bunch of work behind the scenes to make the closing process go smoothly. 3. Proactiveness Katherine made us feel like we were her only clients by being super available comms-wise and evaluation-wise (even though her agent profile shows how she's closed so many houses). When we went to check out open houses over the weekend and told Katherine that a place seemed nice, she immediately drove over (even when it was super far away) to check out the place and give us her opinion.

Katherine was fantastic to work with! It was very important for us to work with someone who was not only knowledgeable about the area (prices, offer strategies, neighborhood weather, schools, etc.), but also someone who acted like an advisor rather than a pushy salesperson. We interviewed 10+ agents and went on tours with several before ultimately deciding to work with Katherine. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable with her. Katherine patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the whole process. And as first-time homebuyers, we had lots of questions about financing, renovations, etc., and she was super patient with us throughout. We can not say more good things about our experience with Katherine. In the crazy Bay Area market, it took us nearly a year to find our perfect home and Katherine was there each step of the way. We would highly recommend working with her and will definitely be doing so in the future as well!

Kathrine was very supportive with advice and recommendations from the beginning of our search to the closing of the transaction. It was a great advantage to have her as our agent, knowledgeable and experienced, to answer all our questions, guide us through the process, and prevent us from making costly mistakes. For buyers like us with limited experience, this was essential. She was always available when we needed her and she responded to our emails and calls promptly. We had some obstacles along the way, things that could've delayed the closing or even completely derail us. Luckily, she had suggestions for how to resolve them, offering several options so we can choose the one that worked best for us. She is a real estate agent who goes above and beyond to make her customers have the best experience and be happy with their purchases.

Katherine has been phenomenal to work with! We have been looking for just the right house for over a year and Katherine has been patiently working with us throughout the entire process! She took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a house (it was very specific) and sent us many recommendations for homes she thought would fit what we were looking for.
